Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

Kópa Haiku currently ships orders to the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer shipping to the United States. However, international expansion may be introduced in the future. Customers will be notified when additional shipping regions become available.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following standard shipping service within the United Kingdom:

Standard Shipping (UK Only)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location

All shipments are handled by our logistics partner DHL for UK deliveries.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details when your order has been dispatched.

Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available, and customers will be notified accordingly.

4. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When available, eligibility will be clearly stated at checkout or on promotional banners.

Free shipping offers may be subject to minimum order value requirements and may not apply to all products or regions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s official website.

6. Shipping Carrier

All UK orders are fulfilled and delivered through DHL or its logistics partners, depending on service availability and delivery requirements.

We ensure that all shipments are handled with care; however, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout. 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

9. International Shipping (Future Availability)

At present, Kópa Haiku does not ship to the United States or other international destinations.

We are actively working on expanding our logistics network, and international shipping via FedEx may be introduced in future phases of growth.
