Kópa Haiku currently ships orders to the United Kingdom only, offering competitive shipping rates. We do not currently provide delivery options to the United States. However, international expansion may be introduced in the future, and customers will be notified when additional shipping regions become available.

We offer the following delivery options with standard shipping services within the United Kingdom: 

Standard Shipping (UK Only) 

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. 

All shipments for UK deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, Royal Mail.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to ensure prompt delivery options. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details, including shipping rates, when your order has been dispatched. Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available, and customers will be notified accordingly.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time as part of our delivery options. When available, eligibility will be clearly stated at checkout or on promotional banners. Free shipping offers may be subject to minimum order value requirements and may not apply to all products or regions, potentially impacting shipping rates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment through the Royal Mail tracking service, ensuring you stay updated on your delivery options and shipping rates.

All UK orders are fulfilled using Royal Mail or its delivery partners where applicable. We strive to provide various delivery options and competitive shipping rates. While we work to dispatch every order promptly, delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements, which can affect delivery options and shipping rates. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and discuss your delivery options while addressing the situation. Our goal is to provide a resolution wherever applicable, taking shipping rates into account.

At present, Kópa Haiku does not offer delivery options to the United States or other international destinations. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network, and we expect to introduce international shipping via FedEx along with competitive shipping rates in future phases of growth.
